Sam Young, PE

Sam Young finds structurally challenging projects the most fun and strives to develop creative, thoughtful, and economical structural solutions that support the architectural vision of each project. He has been practicing structural engineering for over twenty years and has been involved on a wide variety of project types. Before joining FORT Structures Sam had worked on projects such as Austin City Hall, 1407 Main Street Tower (Dallas), UT Austin Gates-Dell Computer Science Complex, The Contemporary Austin Jones Center Rooftop Pavilion (Austin), South Congress Hotel (Austin), Violet Crown Theater (Santa Fe), as well as a number of projects in Mexico.
